Merry Christmas from the Wilhelmsens

Yes, I am the first of my friends to get out my Christmas Cards. Well, technically I don't do cards. I do blog posts.

In any case, my sister-in-law is a photographer and took our family photos a couple of weeks ago. Um, can I just say that she rocks? I am one of the luckiest girls alive. I have three sisters-in-law who are so kind, loving and fun. And one of them takes our photos. Cool, right? I know. So lucky.

Whatever.

Last year we stood in solidarity over our lack of organization in the holiday card department. It was tie that bound our friendship. And now here you are, all bragging about your awesomeness. You suck. And I am totally jealous that you have a picture. When I have spent two weekends coordinating outfits and screaming at my children to smile without looking constipated. They're now in therapy. Thanks for leaving me hanging. You big jerk.

PS. Can't wait to see you Saturday. Tell Erik he has MANY beverage choices available. :)

Oh, my friend, I have not left you hanging. Do you see the crows feet around my eyes? Those are from the continual strain I have with trying to get both of my kids to smile at the same time.

I will stand with you, April. How could I have forgotten that blessed day last year when my true colors showed and you picked me as a friend?

I just thought it would be fun to get the first picture up. You know, for one of my many over-achieving type friends... (You know who you are!)

Can't wait for Saturday. Erik will be happy... :)

Okay, I just read your other comments. And you can BITE ME! I actually did mail my Christmas cards yesterday just to get them off my counter, but yours will be hand delivered Saturday because I'm cheap.

Merry falala Christmas! :)
